    As the day starts to end so should us try to limit the use to smartphone and we should stop the use of any screen device which emits light to prevent our mind from getting its sleeping cycle disturbed.

2. Don't use your smartphone as your alarm clock instead get a real one. 

    The reason for getting a real alarm clock is simple that if we use our phone as alarm it becomes easy to snooze it or dismiss or even we can continue in it after sleep which makes us lazy but if we keep our phone away us then we need to get out of our comfy bed and work for it. And why not a real alarm clock, if your goal is to quit a phone. Why to start a day with a phone alarm in such goal. It will make you hard to achieve your goal, isn't it? So try to use the real one.

3. Don't use smartphone in your meal zone.

   You should try not to use smartphone in the meal zone because when we use smartphone during meal then it makes our body unable to get the required meal because our brain is focused only in the screen but not in what we ate.

4. Turn off notifications.

   You should turn off notification because many people just check their smartphone to see the notification. So, turn them off and you will no more worry about the notifications.

5.Delete unnecessary apps.

   You should delete all unnecessary apps and keep only the important ones. Because many people use their phone to use their unnecessary apps. So, let them be no longer available in your smartphone and uninstall it.

6. Use complicated lock code.

  The reaction to do so is that if you have complicated lock code then you will not use your phone for less important work and only use it for important task.

7. Focus on the person whom you are talking.

   In real life, try to enjoy with real people and leave use of social media to interact with no important reason because social media should be used only for important conversations and the real people around us should also get their importance.

8. Put your phone on airplane mode.

    If you put your phone on airplane mode then you will be disconnected with the internet and consequently you will no longer receive any new notifications and you will stop checking your phone. No service with apps and No reason to use phone.

9. Don't use smartphone for a day once a week.

     Once every week, try to be free from smartphone and that's not joke, you really need to keep yourself free from phone for a whole day which will make you less likely to feel anxious in absence of smartphone.

10. Be calm for results.

    Nothing that is fast is good in long run. So, the results of these tips will come gradually as soon as you start doing as mentioned in the points above.
